Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.
  • Items must include all original accessories.
  • Proof of purchase may be required for verification.
  • Faulty items may be refunded, replaced, or repaired (where available) – manufacturer faults only.
  • Postage costs are only refunded for items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • Items must be suitably packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds
Once your returned item has been collected, received, and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within up to 30 days of verification.

Please note that refunds can only be made after the returned item is received and its condition has been verified.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us first.
